At Shear Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days of receipt to return shears for a full refund and 30 days to exchange shears for another of equal or greater value. The shear must not be damaged or show signs of wear or abuse. The shear must be clean and all items that it came with (case, tension key, etc) must be included in the return.
To return an item for refund or exchange, please contact the Shear Enterprises office to authorize the return at (503) 577-6007.
Please ensure that the items in your return are packaged well to avoid damage during shipping. If the shear is found loose in the parcel and is damaged due to poor packaging, No Refund or Exchange will be permitted. This is non-negotiable and Shear Enterprises reserves the right to make the final decision. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
